These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BigPirate.live ("the Site," "we," "us," or "our"). By registering an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the Site. By completing registration, you confirm that you are of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your state or country before participating. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.

Registration is limited to one account per person, household, IP address, or device. Operating multiple accounts to abuse bonus promotions is prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2. Account Registration and KYC

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. We will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain password confidentiality.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a government-issued photo ID and proof of address dated within 90 days. Additional documents may be requested for high-value transactions or under our anti-money laundering obligations. Accounts that fail or refuse verification may be suspended and balances held pending review.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is $10. Deposits are credited in real time for card and most e-wallet methods. Cryptocurrency deposits require standard blockchain confirmations before credit is applied. We do not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side, though your payment provider may apply independent charges.

Withdrawals are subject to a minimum of $20 for most methods. Standard withdrawal processing takes up to 48 hours for e-wallets and cryptocurrency, and 3 to 7 business days for bank transfers. Weekly withdrawal limits are $15,000 for standard accounts and $25,000 for VIP accounts at Captain tier and above. All withdrawals require completed KYC before the first payout is released.

All deposited funds must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, unless deposited without an active bonus and with no bonus funds previously credited to the account. We reserve the right to request evidence of the payment method used and to reverse withdrawals to the original deposit source where required by anti-money laundering obligations.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. Where a wagering requirement applies, the full requirement must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Bonus funds are separate from real money funds. Real money is wagered first unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

The welcome deposit match applies to the first deposit only and carries a 30x wagering requirement on the bonus amount. Free spins winnings are capped at $50. Abusing bonuses through low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordination with other players may result in bonus forfeiture and account review.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be offered in all jurisdictions.

5. Game Rules and Fairness

All games on the Site use certified random number generation software audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP values published on individual game pages reflect the theoretical long-term return and are not guaranteed for any individual session. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, manipulated, or reversed once a round is complete.

If a game malfunctions or produces an incorrect result due to a technical fault, the affected rounds are void and stakes are returned. We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

6. Responsible Gambling

We support responsible gambling and provide the following tools through your account dashboard: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time limits, reality check reminders, cooling-off periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools take effect immediately when applied.

Players who self-exclude may not open a new account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Site or any game software. Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Site is prohibited. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other game violates these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to game software, graphics, text, trademarks, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including losses from gambling outcomes, unauthorized account access, or technical failures. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms will not exceed the net deposits made to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through our customer support process will be referred to binding arbitration before a recognized dispute resolution body.
